Our service is a personalized digital service (resume critique & report). This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
1 Eligibility for refunds
- Before upload: Full refund within 24 hours of purchase if you have not uploaded your resume/files.
- After upload / work started: As the service involves expert time and bespoke recommendations, refunds are not available once review work has commenced.
- Duplicate payment: Any verified duplicate charges will be fully refunded.
2 How to request a refund
- Email support@harshrathore.com with your order ID, payment reference, and reason for the request.
- Approved refunds are initiated to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5–7 business days. Bank posting times may vary.
3 Cancellations & rescheduling
- If we request clarifications and do not hear back within 7 days, we may close the order and deliver a partial report based on available information.
- You can request a reschedule (or hold) before we start the review—just reply to our email.
4 Dissatisfaction resolution
Not happy with the output? Write to us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll review your concerns and, where reasonable, provide one round of clarifications or minor edits to the report.
5 Chargebacks
Please contact us first—we resolve most issues quickly. Unwarranted chargebacks on fulfilled orders may lead to account restriction.
